We are never taught about how to have and maintain healthy relationships


And whilst no one relationship is exactly the same as another, there are fundamentals that are important to keep alive, and there are things to discover about yourselves and each other to ensure your relationship stays strong, healthy, sensual and playful into the future

Regarding my relationship, I feel it is definitely in a better place than it was prior to the coaching. I´ve learned useful tools to understand myself and my partner better and the importance of focusing on the good. I definitely feel a lot more gratitude and more compassionate towards him and the coaching has helped me pinpoint the things that matter most to me, specific actions that I value and he values which are simple but powerful.  The coaching is really helping me to articulate that and get to know myself better.
