MARRIAGE OR LONG TERM RELATIONSHIP  LOST IT'S LUSTRE?

The success of marriage or long term partnership comes not in finding the “right” person, but in the ability of both partners to adjust to the real person they inevitably realize they married’   John Fischer

The nature of long term relationships is being redefined.  With so many people divorcing/separating, the option to do so and not needing to stay in relationships for financial reasons as much, the idea of a long term relationship is changing.  However, no matter how long it lasts, the ending of a relationship is painful and difficult for the majority of us.

WANT MORE LOVE, HAPPINESS, LESS STRESS?

We all know we are only here once (this time around, at least!) and most of us are aware of wanting to make the most of this life

But life often gets in the way.  With so many demands on our time, we have forgotten how or find it difficult to turn our attention to the things that matter most to us, whether that be our partner, family, friends, our leisure pursuits, or even our relationship with ourselves! So often we end up tired, stressed, frustrated, depressed, anxious, judgemental (of ourselves and others), and angry.  What happened to our carefree selves that seemed to disappear from childhood?

IN A NEW RELATIONSHIP OR WANT ONE?

How do you find a relationship or make a new one work?

We either have a lot of experience of 'attracting the wrong one' such that we doubt our ability to choose the right person, or there just doesn't seem to be the right one out there.  Or perhaps you are now in a new relationship and wondering if you have made the right choice or if you can make it last...

STRUGGLES AT WORK, WITH FRIENDS, EXTENDED FAMILY?

Relationships are everywhere!

Whether we relate to people face-to-face or via social media, relationships are everywhere.  Family, extended family, especially in-laws, friends, co-workers and bosses create enormous opportunities to feel loved, connected, important or to make things happen
